Los Angeles based artist Ill Camille is a breath of fresh air in the underground hip-hop scene. When we say this girl has some serious potential, we’re not lying. Her soulful addressing of the hip-hop art form has gained her serious recognition as both an MC and a credited writer. Camille even contributed background vocals to one of Kendrick Lamar’s biggest hits “Sing About Me, I’m Dying of Thirst” and has been widely regarded as one of California’s best kept secrets in the streets. Her most recent album, Heirloom,  is bursting with melodic creativity and gives real hip-hop fans another finely tuned California girl to lust over. She is nobody to sleep on and if you’re smart, you’ll start following Ill Camille very closely or she might blow up the second you look away. Some of her hottest tracks to date include “Slip Away”, “Black Gold”, and “Lopsided”.
